We re looking for an HR Manager who is passionate about people and their growth, meticulous in execution, and able to align HR practices with business priorities. In this role, you will:

Work closely with the founders and senior leadership on both day-to-day HR operations and long-term people strategies.

Manage recruitment for a diverse workforce from fresh graduates to senior leadership, across both white-collar and blue-collar roles.

Lead initiatives that make work more inspiring, meaningful, and rewarding for our teams.
About 80% of your focus will be on ensuring flawless HR operations, compliance, and process execution, while the remaining 20% will be on strategic HR business partnering driving culture, growth, and people initiatives that strengthen our company s future.

Your Core Responsibilities - HR Operations Compliance (Execution 80%)

Talent Acquisition: Lead hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar roles, from entry-level to leadership.

Onboarding Integration: Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that inspires pride and belonging from day one.

Keka Champion: Own Keka end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, performance and ensure complete adoption.

Policy Compliance: Keep policies relevant, employee-friendly, and fully compliant with labour laws.

Payroll HR Admin: Oversee error-free, on-time payroll processing.

SOP Development: Build clear, scalable processes for every HR function.
Business Partnering Culture (20%)

Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with company goals.

Build career growth paths that motivate and retain talent across levels.

Drive employee recognition programs that reward both performance and values.

Use HR data to make informed decisions and proactively address issues.

Champion a high-performance culture with empathy and accountability.
Who We re Looking For -

6 to 10 years of HR management experience with exposure to business partnering.

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws for mixed workforces.

Track record of hiring talent across all levels and functions.

Skilled in using Keka or similar HR tech platforms.

Meticulous executor with an eye for detail and a bias for action.

Deeply empathetic, approachable, and able to build trust quickly.
