HR Manager

As a Recruitment Specialist at our company, your role will involve developing and executing recruiting plans to meet our staffing needs. You will network through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and employees to find passive candidates. Additionally, you will coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives and conduct interviews to filter candidates for open positions, including initial phone screens. Managing job openings postings, campus recruiting, and working with external recruiters will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute recruiting plans - Network through industry contacts to find passive candidates - Coordinate college recruiting initiatives - Conduct interviews and filter candidates - Manage job openings postings and campus recruiting - Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance - Review applicants and maintain applicant data in HRIS - Assist in reference and background checks - Help plan and coordinate internship program - Recommend recruitment strategies for company growth Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Proven candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills - Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment - Effective oral and written communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - General knowledge of employment laws and practices - Experience in negotiation, interviewing, and selection processes In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned, you will also be responsible for assisting in writing and forwarding rejection letters. Your role will also involve recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment that contribute to the long-range growth of the company. You will be expected to implement new processes and fine-tune standard processes for recruiting that align with the company's mission and values.
