Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for Melhor Group. This role goes beyond just filling positions you will play a key part in shaping our team culture and ensuring we attract the best talent in the industry. You will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, coordinating with department heads to understand their workforce needs, and designing effective hiring strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, enjoys building relationships, and is committed to creating a positive and seamless candidate experience from the first interaction to successful onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verification.
  • Support HR team in employee engagement and onboarding activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or service-oriented sectors.
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job portals, networking etc).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Exposure to real estate or property management recruitment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
