Role Overview:

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire HR function at Nandivardhan, covering key HR activities such as recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and exit management. You will also contribute to creating a positive work culture, ensuring smooth payroll processing, and driving employee branding efforts. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from requirement gathering to final hiring decisions.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Manage onboarding and induction programs, ensuring smooth transitions for new employees.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and surveys.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and effective feedback.
  • Oversee HR documentation and ensure accurate employee records are maintained.
  • Ensure payroll processing is timely and accurate, including attendance and leave management.
  • Involved in PMS, Learning and Development, along with Sr. HR .
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports to the Sr. HR & Management Team.
  • Provide data-driven insights on HR trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the exit process for employees, ensuring proper documentation and a smooth transition.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in handling sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
