The role involves leading and managing the full spectrum of HR functions, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. You will collaborate with clients to comprehend their staffing requirements and offer strategic workforce solutions. Additionally, overseeing internal hiring for the consultancy to ensure the recruitment of top talent will be a key responsibility. It will be expected of you to implement and uphold HR policies and procedures in alignment with industry best practices and local labor laws. Monitoring crucial HR metrics and utilizing data to steer decision-making and foster continuous improvement will be essential. Conducting regular training and development sessions to enhance the skills of staff and consultants is also part of the role.
