Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. This role is pivotal in shaping our organisational culture and ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and aligned with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills and a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices, including HRIS and ATS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including overseeing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Supervise and support the HR team, providing guidance on best practices in human resources management.
  • Maintain and enhance the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for efficient data management.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making processes related to workforce planning and employee engagement.
  • Facilitate training sessions and presentations to promote professional development within the organisation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee relations initiatives.

Skills

  • Proficient in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong management capabilities with prior supervising experience in an HR setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
  • Demonstrated data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and drive strategic decisions.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations for various audiences within the organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and employment legislation. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
