HR Intern

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen interest in developing their career in human resources.

Duties:-

• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, including social media and job boards.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed accurately.
• Maintain and update employee records in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Conduct data entry tasks related to employee information, benefits, and training records.
• Collaborate with team members to assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
• Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and PeopleSoft to streamline recruitment processes.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews and preparing reports.
• Engage with employees to promote HR programmes and initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
