Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and support our team in day-to-day HR activities. You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and talent management while working closely with the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
Support onboarding and documentation of new interns/employees
Help maintain HR records, attendance, and feedback reports
Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities
Assist with learning & development and performance tracking tasks
Provide general administrative and HR support as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
