Job Title: Human Resources ManagerJob Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and directing the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department. This includes overseeing recruitment, administering pay, benefits, and leave, enforcing company policies and practices, and ensuring legal compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and fostering open communication.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Partner with the executive team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy.Indeed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or other senior HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.Edstellar

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
