HR Manager IT Hiring

As an HR Manager at EMILO VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resource management for our fast-growing social networking platform company. Your responsibilities will include: - **Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:** - Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technical and non-technical roles. - Manage end-to-end hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. - **Employee Engagement & Relations:** - Build programs to promote employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth. - Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture. - **Performance Management & Development:** - Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs. - Drive training, learning, and development initiatives for employees. - **Policy & Compliance:** - Ensure HR policies are compliant with local labor laws and regulations. - Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. - **Culture & Organizational Development:** - Champion company culture, values, and team collaboration. - Support leadership in organizational design and change management. - **Compensation & Benefits:** - Benchmark compensation against industry standards for competitiveness. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). - 2+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar role. - Experience in IT/Software or startup environment. - Knowledge of HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, etc.). - Exposure to talent branding and employer branding strategies. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance. - Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
