As an HR Manager at EMILO VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resource management for our fast-growing social networking platform company. Your responsibilities will include: - **Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:** - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles. - Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. - **Employee Engagement & Relations:** - Create programs to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth. - Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture. - **Performance Management & Development:** - Establish performance appraisal systems and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Drive training, learning, and development initiatives for employees. - **Policy & Compliance:** - Ensure HR policies align with local labor laws and regulations. - Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. - **Culture & Organizational Development:** - Advocate for company culture, values, and team collaboration. - Support leadership in organizational design and change management. - **Compensation & Benefits:** - Compare compensation with industry standards for competitiveness. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). - 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT/Software or startup environment. - Familiarity with HRMS tools like Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, etc. - Exposure to talent branding and employer branding strategies. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance. - Proficiency in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. - Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
