HR Manager – Finance Sector

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s growth in the finance sector.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, with a focus on hiring:
• Chartered Accountants
• Accountants
• Telecallers
• Collection Executives
• Handle payroll, PF, compliance, and other core HR responsibilities.
• Maintain healthy employee relations by being approachable, neutral, and transparent in addressing concerns, grievances, and team issues.
• Organize team-building activities, ensuring strong coordination and rapport across long-term and new employees.
• Maintain and improve HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior HR experience in the finance sector, vehicle finance, or related industries (preferred).
• Proven experience in recruitment for non-tech roles (finance, collections, operations, telecalling).
• Strong payroll and compliance management skills (PF, ESIC, statutory compliance).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral and approachable attitude.
• Strong team-building and employee engagement skills.
• Ability to solve problems with fairness, transparency, and good decision-making.
