HR Manager – Finance Sector What you’ll do: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s growth in the finance sector. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, with a focus on hiring: Chartered Accountants Accountants Telecallers Collection Executives Handle payroll, PF, compliance, and other core HR responsibilities. Maintain healthy employee relations by being approachable, neutral, and transparent in addressing concerns, grievances, and team issues. Organize team-building activities, ensuring strong coordination and rapport across long-term and new employees. Maintain and improve HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor regulations. What we’re looking for: A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior HR experience in the finance sector, vehicle finance, or related industries (preferred). Proven experience in recruitment for non-tech roles (finance, collections, operations, telecalling). Strong payroll and compliance management skills (PF, ESIC, statutory compliance). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral and approachable attitude. Strong team-building and employee engagement skills. Ability to solve problems with fairness, transparency, and good decision-making.
