Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a Data Entry Associate to join our team at InstaFund. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining customer information in our internal software. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter customer details and application information into our system.
• Ensure every customer file is properly logged, verified, and updated.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Coordinate with the operations and verification teams to maintain data quality.
• Handle confidential customer information with discretion.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills and experience with data entry software or Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is a plus.
