Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Partnership

Collaborate with practice heads and consulting leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into HR initiatives.
Provide insights and recommendations on organisational design, workforce capability, and succession planning.
Drive change management initiatives in alignment with the firms strategic goals.

2. Talent Management & Development

Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure quality hiring aligned to project needs and client demands.
Facilitate onboarding and integration for new hires to ensure smooth assimilation into the firm’s culture.
Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
Identify skill gaps and collaborate with L&D to design and deliver targeted training programs.

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

Design and execute employee engagement programs tailored to consulting teams’ needs.
Analyse engagement survey results and implement action plans for improvement.
Act as a coach and mediator to resolve workplace issues, promoting a culture of trust and transparency.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
Oversee HR data accuracy and reporting for headcount, attrition, and workforce trends.
Partner with finance on manpower budgeting and compensation reviews.

5. Culture & Change Enablement

Promote the consulting firm’s values, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) agenda, and collaborative culture.
Support leadership in embedding a high-performance, client-focused mindset across teams.
