About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing operations to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, hands-on knowledge of production processes, and the ability to manage end-to-end manufacturing activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit.
• Ensure smooth production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
• Implement cost-effective practices while maintaining high product standards.
• Monitor and optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the production team to achieve set targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with senior management for process improvement and strategic growth.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality.

Requirements :

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in the manufacturing sector (marble, stone, or related industries preferred).
• Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or production management tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
