As the HR Manager - Generalist & Talent Acquisition, you will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. A strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a streamlined and efficient HR function. - Handle employee relations issues professionally, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary. - Manage the performance review process and provide guidance to managers to enhance employee performance. - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws to mitigate any risks for the organization. - Administer employee benefits programs effectively to support employee well-being and retention. - Oversee HRIS and maintain accurate employee records for organizational efficiency. - Conduct thorough onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth transition of employees. - Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition and generalist functions. - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. - Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software. - Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
