HR Manager – Generalist

across hiring, employee lifecycle, policies, performance support, and culture. This role needs

someone who can be hands-on, structured, and people-first—comfortable working closely

with leadership and teams in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition And Onboarding

● Manage end-to-end recruitment for business, sales, creative, and operations roles.

● Coordinate interviews, maintain hiring trackers, and ensure a smooth candidate

experience.

● Drive onboarding: documentation, inductions, policies, and 30/60/90-day check-ins.


HR Operations And Compliance

● Own employee lifecycle processes: joining, confirmations, exits, F And F and coordination.

● Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRMIS/trackers.

● Support payroll coordination (attendance, leaves, inputs) with finance/vendor.

● Ensure adherence to company policies and basic statutory compliance support.


Performance, Engagement & Culture

● Support performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, feedback systems).

● Run employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and culture-building programs.

● Act as a point of contact for employee queries, conflict resolution, and grievance

handling.


Policies & Process Improvement

● Create/refine HR policies, SOPs, templates, and documentation.

● Track HR metrics (hiring TAT, attrition, engagement) and share insights with

leadership.


Requirements

● 3–5 years HR Generalist experience (agency/startup experience preferred).

● Strong hands-on experience in recruitment + HR operations.

● Good knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle processes.

● Strong communication, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills.

● Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and HR trackers.


Good to Have

● Experience managing internships and fresher hiring programs.

● Exposure to HRMS tools and policy drafting.

● Strong employer branding / LinkedIn hiring experience.


Key Metrics for Success

● Hiring closures within timelines (TAT) and quality of hires

● Smooth onboarding and lower early attrition

● Process compliance and clean HR documentation

● Strong employee engagement and resolution turnaround time
