Job Description

Role OverviewWe’re looking for a hands-on HR Manager – Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including hiring, employee lifecycle, policies, performance support, and culture initiatives. This role requires structure, proactivity, and strong people skills in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions
Coordinate interviews, maintain hiring trackers, and ensure smooth candidate experience
Drive onboarding, inductions, and 30/60/90-day check-ins

HR Operations & Compliance

Handle employee lifecycle: joining, confirmations, exits, F&F coordination
Maintain HR records, files, and trackers
Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance

Performance, Engagement & Culture

Assist in performance management cycles and feedback systems
Run engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
Address employee queries, conflicts, and grievances

Policies & Process Improvement

Create and refine HR policies, SOPs, and documentation
Track HR metrics (hiring TAT, attrition, engagement) and share insights

Requirements

3–5 years HR Generalist experience (startup/agency experience preferred)
Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations
Knowledge of HR documentation and employee lifecycle processes
Good communication, confidentiality, and stakeholder management
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and HR trackers
