• Own recruitment for tech & support roles

• Ensure statutory & HR compliance
• Drive employee engagement & grievance handling
• Build HR policies, SOPs & documentation
• Training: learning & development programs
• Deep HR ops, compliance & employee lifecycle knowledge
• Strong communication & stakeholder management
• Experience hiring technical & non-tech talent
• HRMS proficiency
• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
