We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.- Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management.- Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).- Plan and execute training & development programs.- Support management in developing HR strategies and maintaining company culture.
*Requirements:*
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
