The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws.

Lead the talent acquisition process, including job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Handle employee conflicts, complaints, and grievances in a professional and legal manner.
Mediate disputes and conduct investigations when necessary.
Develop and implement performance review processes.
Support managers in setting goals and evaluating performance.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems like BambooHR, Workday, SAP).
