HR Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organisation attracts, retains, and develops top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong background in HRIS and ATS systems.

Duties

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS systems such as Taleo and Workday.
• Supervise and mentor HR staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations while managing employee relations issues effectively.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends in employee performance, turnover rates, and other key metrics to inform decision-making.
• Design and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Maintain accurate employee records within HRIS systems like PeopleSoft, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Oversee training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role within a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS (e.g., PeopleSoft) and ATS (e.g., Taleo, Workday).
• Excellent management skills with prior supervising experience in an HR context.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
• Proficient in data analysis skills to interpret complex information effectively.
• Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and employment legislation.
