Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and organizational development. The role requires a proactive professional who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, postings, and interview frameworks.
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Build a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues professionally.
  • Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.

3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll coordination with the accounts team.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).

4. Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance evaluation systems.
  • Work with department heads to set goals and review progress.
  • Recommend promotions, increments, and disciplinary actions as required.

5. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Draft, review, and update HR policies and employee handbooks.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs across departments.
  • Plan and coordinate skill development and leadership programs.

7. HR Reports & Analytics

  • Maintain HR records and generate periodic reports (attendance, attrition, performance, etc.).
  • Provide insights for management decisions through HR data and analytics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations or management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
