Field Sales & Distribution Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales & Distribution Manager to lead our sales operations and distribution activities across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing field teams, ensuring product availability in retail and medical outlets, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of field sales executives and distribution staff.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach to medical stores, pharmacies, and other retail outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.
• Ensure proper placement, visibility, and availability of products across all assigned areas.
• Monitor daily sales activities, route plans, and productivity of the field team.
• Handle primary and secondary sales data and ensure timely reporting.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and distribution goals.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely product delivery and stock management.
• Provide training, motivation, and performance evaluations for the field team.
• Conduct regular market visits, retail audits, and competitor analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
