Location: Mohali, Punjab (Onsite)
Experience: 4+ Years

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in team management, grievance handling, and HR operations, along with strong knowledge and experience in hiring for IT and Digital Marketing profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, digital marketing, and other technical roles.
  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and performance management.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong experience in IT and Digital Marketing recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in grievance handling and HR operations.
  • Must be available for an onsite role in Mohali.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,996.97 - ₹49,693.96 per month
