As part of our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead the human resources function — ensuring smooth people operations, compliance, and a positive work culture.

Role Overview:

The HR Manager will handle all aspects of human resource management — from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and can build HR systems that scale with business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for all departments.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and performance frameworks.
• Manage employee onboarding, training, and retention initiatives.
• Handle attendance, payroll processing, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity).
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Oversee employee engagement, welfare, and grievance handling.
• Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
• Conduct appraisals, prepare reports, and recommend performance improvements.
• Act as a link between management and employees to maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sector.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESI, and statutory compliances.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (Zoho People / Excel-based systems).
• Ability to handle multitasking and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
