Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage various HR functions and office activities for our organization. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of HR practices in both India and the US, including payroll management, compliance with local regulations, and employee relations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices, effective HR policy implementation, and supporting our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payroll for the India and US office, including calculation of salaries, deductions, disbursements, PF & ESI, with applicable tax and internal policies
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Indian employment laws, including PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employees' State Insurance), and other statutory requirements and process payroll accordingly.
- Maintain awareness of US local taxes, 401(k) regulations, and ensure compliance for US employees and process payroll accordingly.
- Post job openings on various job boards for both Indian and US offices.
- Coordinate recruitment processes end to end, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Verify and prepare employee documents, offer letters, Contracts and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Must have experience in Adding/Updating internal HR databases in the ERP systems
- Stay updated with industry best practices and trends to continuously improve HR processes.
- Be the point of contact and provide support and guidance to employees related to HR matters and management on HR-related issues hiring, separation, HR feedback, disciplinary actions etc.
- Ensure that HR practices align with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage the purchasing of office accessories and supplies, and other duties assigned as needed basis
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), onboarding and payroll platforms to ensure their effective use within the organization.
- Review, and draft vendor agreements to compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to vendor agreements, resolving disputes and issues effectively and promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements and performance and seek continuous improvements in vendor management processes.
- Identify repetitive and manual HR tasks that can be automated or improved.
- Design, develop, and implement automation workflows.
- Conduct regular reviews of HR processes for continuous improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain documentation for automated processes and workflows.
CTC Range: 8 to 10LPA
Qualifications:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have ERP experience
- Experience working with US companies is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, Indian labour laws, and US payroll regulations
