Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (Head Office, F&B, Kitchen Staff, Admin, etc.).
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract and retain talent for both blue-collar and managerial roles.
  • Conduct interviews and manage onboarding & induction programs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, resolving conflicts professionally.
  • Implement employee engagement programs to improve retention and motivation.
  • Promote a healthy and collaborative work environment.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
  • Conduct regular workshops on customer service, compliance, grooming, and hospitality standards.
  • Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee appraisal processes and support managers in setting KPIs.
  • Ensure fair and transparent performance evaluations.
  • Implement reward and recognition programs.
  • Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and hospitality industry regulations.
  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
  • Maintain employee records and HRMIS with accuracy.
  • Administration & HR Operations:
  • Manage payroll inputs, leave & attendance systems.
  • Oversee HR documentation, contracts, and employee handbooks.
  • Support audits and compliance checks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of HR experience (preferably in the hospitality industry).
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and payroll systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
