Job Description

Recruitment Handle sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer rollouts for various roles across functions.
HR Operations Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, employee records, and compliance-related processes.
Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and implement scalable improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and optimize recruitment strategies.
Reporting & Analytics Maintain dashboards, track recruitment metrics, and prepare periodic reports for leadership.
Employee Engagement Support Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
Vendor Coordination Liaise with external recruitment partners as required.
