Job Title: HR Manager
Company: 7xGrowth (A Unit of Shivaay)
Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Shift: Night Shift (10 PM – 7 AM)
Working Days: Sunday to Friday (Saturday Off)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources operations and ensure they are aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, process-driven, and capable of building a high-performance culture through talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development.

The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping company culture, driving HR strategy, and acting as a trusted partner to leadership and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Management
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Advise senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession management.
  • Drive initiatives to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring top talent acquisition.
  • Build employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Oversee smooth onboarding to ensure strong employee integration.
  • Employee Engagement & Development
  • Design training and development programs for continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement actionable improvements.
  • Support performance management cycles and provide guidance to managers.
  • Compliance & Policy Management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Update and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly and confidentially.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with Finance.
  • Benchmark compensation and benefits to remain competitive in the market.
  • Recommend reward and recognition programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR experience, including exposure to managerial responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
