Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and graphic design tools, with a proven ability to create compelling video and motion graphics content. You will play a key role in not only producing high-quality content but also leading and guiding a team of video and graphic designers to ensure consistent creative output aligned with company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit high-impact video content for digital platforms using After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Design visually appealing static and motion graphics for multiple campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative projects
• Maintain high creative standards and attention to detail
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and technologies in video production and design
• Lead and mentor a team of video and graphic designers to drive quality and efficiency
• Assist the creative lead in project planning, task delegation, and quality checks
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and audience expectations
• Work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics
• Expert proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design skills
• Proven leadership or team coordination experience is a strong plus
• Excellent visual storytelling and design skills
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to take creative direction and work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to work night shifts from the office
