Ensure the organizations HR practices are aligned with industry best practicesManage the HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR operations. Lead efforts to improve employee retention and reduce turnover. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resourcesProven track record of leadership and strategic HR management. Strong skills in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and results-oriented mindset. Experience in developing and fostering a positive workplace cultureExperience in driving HR initiatives and aligning them with business objectives. Experience in designing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. Ability to analyze, HR metrics and data to inform decision-making Experience in handling complex employee relations issues.
