HR Business Partner (HRBP)

As an experienced HR Business Partner with 4+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role at AutomationEdge, a leading AI & RPA-driven automation platform in Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to create a people-centric workplace by establishing strong relationships, driving engagement, and ensuring a seamless HR experience for employees. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals while prioritizing employee well-being. Your focus will be on fostering a people-first culture, implementing HR policies that enhance employee satisfaction, and providing guidance to managers on employee engagement and leadership development. Your responsibilities will also include listening to and addressing employee concerns, driving engagement initiatives, and creating a feedback-driven culture where employees feel valued and heard. Additionally, you will work with teams to identify career development opportunities, collaborate with L&D teams on training initiatives, and ensure continuous and empowering performance management practices. Handling employee relations, ensuring HR compliance, and utilizing data and employee sentiment analysis to improve HR strategies will be essential aspects of your role.
