Product Support Engineer

As a Senior Engineer in Pune, with 3-5 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with global clients, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills. - Identify opportunities for process improvement in automation. - Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues. - Maintain proactive communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients. - Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries via email. - Identify customer needs and guide them in utilizing specific features. - Analyze and report product malfunctions by testing various scenarios. - Keep internal stakeholders informed about technical issues and valuable discussions with customers. - Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members. - Inform customers about new features and functionalities. - Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of technical issues. - Provide assistance in training junior Customer Support Representatives. Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech/MCA Must-Have Technical Competencies: - Selenium Automation - Java - Database (Any) - Web server (Apache Tomcat) - Rest API - Automation tool - Automationedge Must-Have Non-Technical Competencies: - Effective communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
