Product Support Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Product Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support for our products, including license provisioning, product troubleshooting, and general technical support. You will work closely with customers to ensure smooth onboarding, quick issue resolution, and a positive product experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective support to customers via email, chat, or calls.
• Assist in license provisioning, product configuration, and user onboarding.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to product functionality or setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
• Contribute to documentation and FAQs to enhance customer self-service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support and clear communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Zoho products or CRM systems will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of software applications and IT systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
