About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR & Business Alignment

  • Partner with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into effective people strategies.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness by analyzing workforce trends and recommending data-driven HR interventions.
  • Lead strategic initiatives in areas such as capability development, engagement, retention, and culture-building.

Talent Management & Development

  • Identify high-potential employees and build career development frameworks.
  • Partner with department heads to design training programs aligned with skill gaps and business needs.
  • Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Performance & Engagement

  • Strengthen performance management systems to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Guide managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
  • Track performance improvement plans and ensure transparent evaluation.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and wellness programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.
  • Conduct periodic engagement surveys and derive actionable insights.

HR Operations & Policy Governance

  • Ensure consistent execution of HR policies, processes, and compliance across teams.
  • Drive process optimization and digital transformation initiatives within HR.
  • Monitor and manage HR metrics to track the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely processing in collaboration with finance.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless alignment between HR strategy and business outcomes.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and a positive organizational culture.
