Internship Overview:

As an HR IT Recruiter Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end IT recruitment process. This is a great opportunity to build a career in tech recruitment while working with experienced professionals in a fast-paced, learning-rich environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• • Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases
• • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit
• • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• • Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System
• • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• • Prepare job descriptions and post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
• • Engage with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• • Support other HR-related tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

• • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• • Interest in IT and technology trends
• • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• • Good organizational and time-management skills
