Position: HR Intern / HR Trainee Location: Rohtak Company: AK Innovation (Recruitment Firm) Stipend: 5,000 8,000 per month (based on communication skills and performance) About Us: AK Innovation is a growing recruitment and staffing firm based in Rohtak, committed to connecting top talent with leading organizations. We are currently looking for passionate and career-focused individuals to join us as HR Interns / Trainees. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews Maintain candidate databases and follow up with shortlisted candidates Support HR documentation and backend operations Draft job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms Coordinate with clients and understand job requirements Maintain regular reporting and status updates Eligibility Criteria: Any graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) Strong communication skills (English/Hindi) Good interpersonal and organizational skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR Stipend Details: 5,000 – 8,000 per month Based on communication skills and performance during the internship
