Full Job DescriptionAdministrative Support Assist with maintaining employee records, HR databases, and digital filing systems. Support the HR team in documentation and compliance tracking. Help prepare HR-related reports and internal communications. Coordinate internal meetings, schedule interviews, and follow up on pending HR tasks. Recruitment and Onboarding Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms. Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates. Support onboarding activities including induction, document verification, and orientation. Maintain candidate databases and assist in recruitment metrics analysis. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. Coordinate with internal teams for staffing requirements and job postings. Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication. Help monitor intern and employee attendance, leaves, and performance tracking. Ensure confidentiality of HR data and employee information. Contribute to process improvements in recruitment, training, and documentation. Key Skills for HR Interns Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities. Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under guidance. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the HR domain. Educational Qualification (Minimum Requirement) Pursuing or recently completed a degree in one of the following fields: Human Resource Management Business Administration (BBA / MBA) Psychology Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) Or any related discipline with an interest in HR and people management Internship Highlights Gain hands-on experience in real-time HR processes. Work directly under experienced HR professionals and team leads. Opportunity for a pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance.
