What You’ll Do

You’ll work with team to ensure smooth people operations across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support

  end-to-end recruitment

  : sourcing, screening, scheduling, and following up with candidates.
• Coordinate

  onboarding and orientation

  of new hires.
• Maintain and update

  employee attendance, databases and trackers

  .
• Assist in designing and executing

  employee engagement initiatives

  and recognition programs.
• Help organize

  monthly review sessions, HR events, and culture-building activities.

• Draft internal communications, offer letters, and internship agreements.
• Participate in

  weekly HR strategy meetings

  — bringing ideas to improve productivity, motivation, and retention.
• Take care of administrative work
