Responsibilities

• Create

  scroll-stopping graphics, reels, and videos

  for campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
• Spot

  viral trends, memes, transitions, and edits

  —adapt them for The Urban Chief and our client brands.
• Work with our marketing team to convert campaign briefs into

  visual stories

  .
• Handle projects from

  concept → design → edit → publish-ready output

  .
• Maintain brand identity while ensuring content is

  fresh, modern, and bold

  .
• Manage timelines and deliver multiple creative assets with speed & quality.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of

  hands-on experience

  in graphic design & video editing.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

  , Canva, or similar tools.
• A portfolio that shows your

  trend awareness and creativity

  .
• Strong grasp of

  social media-first content (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, LinkedIn posts, etc.)

  .
• A

  go-getter mindset

  with curiosity and enthusiasm to grow every day.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of

  motion graphics & animation

  .
• Basic

  photography/videography skills

  .
• Someone who enjoys

  team brainstorming and pitching bold ideas
