HR Intern

Yuvau Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency and training center based in Bhopal. Since 2018, we’ve helped 100+ businesses and public figures grow online while training aspiring marketers to build sustainable careers. We are looking for a passionate HR Intern who is eager to learn and support our HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
• Support employee onboarding and maintain HR records.
• Help design and execute employee engagement activities (events, recognition programs, feedback sessions).
• Coordinate with the management team on training schedules and student onboarding for digital marketing batches.
• Assist in drafting HR documents (offer letters, internship letters, policies, etc.).
• Maintain and update HR databases and reports.
• Research and suggest best HR practices to strengthen company culture.

Requirements

• Pursuing/completed graduation or post-graduation in HR / Management / related field.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, recruitment tools, or HRMS software (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup/agency environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
