OUR VALUES Be Transparent Bring the Best Have Faith Care Respect Individuality RESPONSIBILITIES Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, an interviews. Assist in onboarding new employees. Implement and manage the microlearning platform (LMS) to support continuous employee development. Organize and execute engaging learning sessions and webinars to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Develop and implement HR policies. Maintain employee records and HR databases Execute operational HR activities and provide administrative support as needed. Qualifications: Graduates - BMS/BMM/B.Sc. (IT/Statistics/Economics/Mathematics/Computer Science)/BA Statistics/BA Psychology/BBA/BBI/BAF/BFM Job Types: Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
