HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will offer you exposure to various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and campus recruitment. Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Help in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events. Provide administrative support to the HR team. Assist in drafting HR documents and policies. Support performance appraisal and feedback processes. Conduct market research for HR best practices and trends. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
