Position: Senior Sales Coordinator (Female)

We seek an experienced and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage sales operations, build client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator with a proven sales background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries efficiently.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Manage sales activities, track performance, and close deals effectively.
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (mandatory).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM sales tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets.
• Passion for adventure tourism is a plus.
