Role Overview You will be joining SoftShala Technologies as an HR Intern to assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship will provide you with valuable industry exposure and help you develop essential HR skills. Key Responsibilities - Assist in end-to-end recruitment which includes job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination. - Support the onboarding and induction processes for new hires. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Help in organizing company events, training programs, and engagement activities. - Draft HR policies, documentation, and compliance reports. - Address employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team. Qualifications Required - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools would be advantageous. - Enthusiastic attitude towards learning and contributing to HR functions.
