HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our People & HR team in day-to-day human resources operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or HR aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
• Support employee onboarding and induction processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, and appraisals
• Support attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Ensure HR policy compliance and confidentiality at all times

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or pursuing a degree/diploma in HR, Management, or related field
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and processes
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Diploma / Certification in HR Management
• Prior internship or exposure to HR operations
• Familiarity with HRMS tools
