Job Description: As an HR Intern at our company, you will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources. Your role will involve supporting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews. - Support onboarding process and maintain HR records. - Help in organizing employee engagement activities. - Coordinate training programs and handle administrative tasks efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or MSW with specialization in HRM. - Proficiency in communication skills and MS Office tools. - Enthusiastic and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Please note: This is an unpaid internship program for a duration of 3 months located in Little Mount, Chennai.
