Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment, along with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
• Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams for smooth interview processes.
• Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding activities.
• Support HR-related tasks, activities, and company initiatives.
• Handle communication with candidates professionally via email and WhatsApp.

Requirements

• Graduation or Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management (or pursuing).
• Basic knowledge of HR recruitment and HR operations.
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam/Tamil.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
